I understand investing in your hair and trusting a new hairstylist can be intimidating, so I appreciate you considering me to take care of you, and I don't plan on taking the task lightly!

Come Prepared
Dry, Clean Hair

If you are coming in for color or highlights, please come to your appointment with clean, dry hair - preferably with no products or root cover spray in it.
For optimal results, you can use a clarifying shampoo and hair mask before your appointment
Payment Methods
I accept all credit cards and cash. Exact change may not be available for cash purchases.
I do not accept Checks, Venmo or PayPal.
Inspiration Pictures
Come prepared with pictures of hair cuts/colors that you LOVE and ones that your DON'T.
Don't judge or second guess yourself here. This is simply so I can get a really good idea of what your likes and dislikes are.

The Booking Process
The booking process is fast, convenient, simple and fair.

You will get a response for an appointment request between 9am - 7pm, daily.

My books are open 60 days in advance.

I am available to book Wednesday-Friday 10-6:30, Saturdays 10-4.

What To Expect
The Pre-Visit
You will get emails and/or texts to remind you of your upcoming appointment as well as one to confirm.

The day before your arrival, there will be a link in your reminder to customize your appointment! This is super fun, because you can choose what kind of vibe you'd like, if you want a complimentary drink or snack, and get general info on what to expect on your arrival.
The Consultation
Once you have arrived for your appointment we will sit down and clarify what you submitted in your digital consultation, to ensure we are on the same page. I am a visual person, so a picture speaks a thousand words!
Feel free to bring in any pictures of what you like and what you don't like. Pinterest is awesome for that! We will go over products that will best suit you as well, and any after care and maintenance appointments. If you have any questions, please ask!
After Goodbye
When the appointment comes to an end you will have the option to book while you are still in the salon, or request an appointment at a later date. I can send you a reminder to request an appointment via text, in a timeframe you choose, with the link for the request form. My books are open 60 days in advance.

A week after your appointment I will check in on you via text to see if you have any questions, need styling tips, or need any adjusting.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is very important to me and has been reserved especially for you.
I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.

Any cancellations, rescheduling or adjusting services done less than 48 hours in advance will result in a charge equal to 30% of the reserved services, and will not go towards your next appointment.
​
Day of appointment rescheduling, canceling or adjusting, will be charged 50% of scheduled services, and will not go towards your next appointment.
​
No shows will be charged 100% of services missed and must be paid before another appointment can be booked. This will not go towards your next service.
Late Policy
Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, I may not be able to accommodate the service or services booked, and may need to be rescheduled.
Sick Policy
We all get sick from time to time! If you are unwell, please contact me to reschedule. There will be no fee for rescheduling last minute; however, if it becomes a regular occurance, the fee will be the same as the late rescheduling or cancelling as stated above, and will not go towards your next appointment.
Weather Policy
I understand that weather happens! Depending on the amount of precipitation we get, your services may be moved, rescheduled or shortened at no charge to you.
Service Adjustment Policy
I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you need an adjustment with your cut or color, please let me know within 10 days of your visit.
I'll be happy to do small adjustments; however, no refunds will be offered.
Retail Return Policy
Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit from 2 weeks of your initial purchase.
Photo Release
All photos taken may or may not be used on social media.

Follow Up & Maintenance
I take great pride in going above and beyond to make sure you feel empowered to love your hair, not just when you leave the salon, but every day.
I do this by educating you on how to maintain, and style your hair at home in a way that fits your lifestyle. We accomplish this with proper product application and selected products specially for you and your needs.

We'll make a plan for when and what your next appointment will be, get you checked out, and send you off to go turn heads with your beautiful new hair!
​
I will also be an available resource for you for more specific questions & support.
